• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Four Lemon marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 3-days money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. We develop and sell merchandise that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to back our products with this special guarantee. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within thirty (15) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 3 days period.Refund amount would be original sale price of product plus courier charges.

There are no shipping charges on any of our products.

If you cancel your order after it has been activated, you will be refunded the whole amount minus GST. If you return after a product has reached you, and provide a valid reason ( like some flaw in the product ) we will reimburde you 50 repees as shipping charges, aprt from the whole price of the product that you paid. If you return without providing a reason, you will have to return it on your own expense, and we will reimburse the MRP - 50 rupees.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

We activate most orders within 48 hours. After that it should not take more than 5 days to reach you. But ion some cases, the shipment may take more time.
